For most jobs yes, we prefer you or someone you trust to be present so we can confirm exactly what needs to be removed. However for certain straightforward jobs like curbside pickup we may be able to complete the work without you present. Just let us know your situation when you book and we'll work something out.

You don't need to do much — that's the whole point of hiring us! If possible, try to identify and separate the items you want removed from things you want to keep. Make sure there's a clear path to the items if they're inside your home. That's it — we handle everything else.

We haul away just about everything including furniture, appliances, mattresses, electronics, yard waste, construction debris, household clutter, boxes, and more. The few things we cannot take are hazardous materials such as paint, chemicals, asbestos, and medical waste. Not sure if we can take your item? Yes — whenever possible we recycle, repurpose, or donate items to local Charlotte area organizations rather than sending everything to a landfill. If you have items in good condition that could be donated just let us know when you book.
