If you call or text us, we receive your phone number and the information you share with us.

By providing your phone number through our forms, you agree that we may call or text you about your service request. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.
Our website is hosted on Netlify. Form submissions are processed by Formspree, which transmits your submission to us by email. We may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site (this collects anonymized usage data via cookies) and Google Ads to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. These providers process data under their own privacy policies.
Our site may use cookies for analytics and advertising measurement. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work normally.

Quotes provided by phone, text, or through our website are good-faith estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed on-site before work begins and is based on the volume your items occupy in our truck and the nature of the job. You approve the final price before we start — no surprise fees.
The $25 online booking discount applies to service requests submitted through our website booking form and is applied to your final quoted price. One discount per job. The $10 Google review discount applies to a future service after an honest review is posted, one per customer per job, and may not be exchanged for cash.
For safety and legal reasons, we cannot haul hazardous materials, including paint, chemicals, asbestos, fuel, oil, and medical/biohazardous waste. If you're unsure about an item, contact us before your appointment.
Payment is due upon completion of the job. We accept cash, major credit cards, Venmo, and Zelle.
Plans change — we get it. Please give us as much notice as you can if you need to cancel or reschedule, ideally at least 24 hours before your appointment window.
Lucky Services & Junk Removal is fully insured. We take care to protect your property during every job. Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the service in question, except where prohibited by law.
